This page needs a web browser to answer. A phone's file preview shows it but cannot run it: open the file in a browser app such as Chrome or Safari, or on a computer.
Should the app say the same thing whether or not the email has an account?
These are screenshots of the app as it runs today, with sample data. Saying "if this email has an account" for every address means nobody can use the form to find out who is signed up.
Keep the same message for every address, and say how long the link works.
